Zhongye Paper Yinhe Co., Ltd is a paper-making enterprise famous in Shandong province and all over China. The industrial production value reached 4.6 billion in 2006. There is a 120 MW coal-fired thermal power plant supplying steam, but still with a gap of power supply. It is suggested that a heat, power, tar and gas cogeneration energy conservation and environment protection thermal power unit be constructed to replace the existing production line which can both satisfy the requirements of self-development and supply steam and power for other enterprises nearby. There are remarkable energy conservation and emission reduction benefits. |
